Our Workplace

At ASEBP, we’re more than a traditional benefits provider – we’ve evolved into a health organization. A non-profit organization and our clients’ partner, ASEPB re-invests ‘profits’ that typically would be paid to investors or owners into enhanced benefits, and innovative programs and services. Improved and continuing health helps everyone, so we also provide health information and health management support to our covered members.

Healthy People, Healthy Workplace

Elements contributing to ASEBP’s workplace health have been developed over a number of years with involvement by employees. One of ASEBP’s goals, beliefs contributing to a healthy workplace include:
