Occupational Health and Safety

The new Occupational Health and Safety Code 2006 and Explanation Guide comes into effect February 1, 2007.

This allows employers and workers a phase-in period to come into compliance with the requirements of the OHS Code 2006.

The requirements of the OHS Code 2003 remain in effect until January 31, 2007.
