Employee Health Programs
Integrating workplace health promotion programs into strategies and plans contributes to employee well-being which translates into positive learning experiences for students. While most of the research on health promotion programs has been focused on private industry, some key findings about process and outcomes highlight the benefits for all workplaces, including the education sector.

Traditional approaches to employee health promotion programs that do not align with the vision, mission and values of the organization do not produce the same impact for employees. Success comes through recognizing that workplace health and wellness encompasses health promotion and other initiatives in the social and physical work environment.
