How many credits do I have today?

You can track your HSA credits three ways:

Online

The easiest way to track your HSA credits is to login to My ASEBP and click on “HSA Activity Summary”. To login to My ASEBP, or if you haven’t registered yet and would like to, click the link listed below:

Paper statement

ASEBP will mail you an HSA statement approximately 30 days following the end of each expense submission deadline. The HSA statement will summarize your HSA account activity (i.e., expenses paid, credit balance, and reimbursements) for that period.

Approximately 120 days after your HSA year-end, you will also receive an annual HSA statement summarizing annual activity along with applicable credit forfeiture and credit carry-forward information.

What if I don’t use all my credits in an HSA year?

Unused credits can be carried over for an additional 12 months from the end of the HSA year. However, if these credits are not used by the end of the second HSA year, they are forfeited back to your employer.

I believe there’s an error with my HSA credits. Who can I contact?

If you don’t have any credits in your HSA or you feel that the number of credits available is incorrect, please contact your employer.
