Plan Design & Premiums

All important matters involving our benefit plans, including premiums and other charges, the scope of benefits provided, and the right to make changes in coverage and benefits are the subject of agreements made between ASEBP and participating employers.

ASEBP makes every effort to ensure the plans and premiums reflect the wishes and interests of all members and their employers. To do this, ASEBP relies on the Trustees and the relationship they have with all covered members to bring these wishes and interests forward when changes are being made. The Trustees have final authority in making any changes to ASEBP’s plan, thereby ensuring, as much as possible, that your plan reflects your needs.

To do this, changes are sometimes made to plans. Although every effort is made to provide advance notice of changes in the design of our plans, changes in plan design may occur without prior notice to you.
