ASEBP Trustees

ASEBP is a Trust governed by 10 Trustees, five of whom are from the ATA and five from the ASBA.  The Chair is appointed by the ASBA and the Vice-Chair is appointed by the ATA. The Trustees are bound by the Deed of Trust, a document that sets out the terms and conditions under which ASEBP operates.  They have important responsibilities, duties and legal obligations which require that they exercise diligence in the manner in which they make decisions, give direction and delegate power and responsibility.
