The Dental Care plan encourages covered members to access preventative treatment to maintain healthy teeth, and provides support for both major restorative and orthodontic treatment.

Dental Care coverage is available in both single coverage (only you, the ASEBP covered member) and family coverage (for you, the ASEBP covered member, and your spouse or dependants).

For full details about each plan option as summarized below, click the "Benefit Guide" link on the right side of this page.

Plan Options Available:

ASEBP dental fee reimbursement rates will remain at their 2015 levels for the 2016 benefit plan year. Dental fees are the amount your dentist charges for the services they provide. Typically, these fees increase on a yearly basis. With ASEBP’s dental fee reimbursement rates remaining at 2015 levels, there is a possibility that if your dentist raises their rates in 2016, you may see an increase in out-of-pocket expenses.

ASEBP will be reviewing all of the services offered through our Dental Care plans in 2016 to ensure we continue to offer the best possible benefits to our covered members.
